Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns only for damaged or defective items. You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/video).
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, used jewelry and items without original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. 
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
